Payment Transactions

Shop.kenma currently accepts payments by PayPal or by Visa or Mastercard.

Payments are processed automatically at time of checkout.

If there are any issues with your order or stock availability and a refund of payment is required this will be processed promptly.

Shipping Information

We deliver products using both Courier and Australia Post services. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location.

Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

We despatch web orders Monday through to Friday and we will make every effort to despatch your order within 24 hours.

When you place an order, we will deliver to your door within 7 days (depending on the location of your ordered item) unless you are advised otherwise.

Kenma Australia Pty. Ltd. ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website.

Attention International Customers

Many items are no longer eligible for sale or shipment to international destinations outside of Australia. Many items on our webshop are not available for International Customers to purchase. Please contact us via email if you are from another country.


All orders are sent via Australia Post's "eparcel" service.

Stock Availabilty

The stock quantities are not displayed on this website however in some situations stock may have sold out in store, but we will always get in contact with you!  

Returns Policy

You may return new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Return shipping costs are the responsibilty of the purchaser. Should the reason for return be a result of our error, then telephone or email Kenma to arrange return freight service.  

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods.

We'll do our best to respond via return e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your email within a normal 5 day working week.
